SHIPPING & RETRUNS
Due to such a high volume of orders, our current processing time is 2 - 7 business days excluding holidays. Pre-oder items are shipped within 30 business days. We thank you so much for your patience and ongoing support. We are working really hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
All orders should arrive to their destinations within 5-14 business days. Eligible returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be deemed abandoned by the customs. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
THLIKÓ accepts returns for store credit only for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
The refund amount should be for the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and unused.
- Return must include original invoice.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. THILIKÓ reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as THILIKÓ cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! THILIKÓ does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
